Deepika is a versatile and an experienced business leader with over 15 years of expertise in the research, consulting and strategy space. Her journey pioneering Innovation and Insights spans across India, UAE and Sub-Saharan Africa in multi-industry environments especially within FMCG, Telecom, Tobacco and Spirit sectors.

Passionate about unearthing deep-seated reasons behind the idiosyncrasies of human behaviour, she enjoys exploring multiple perspectives and solutions for complex problems while delivering high-quality results by executing multi-national innovation initiatives, leading exploratory design thinking approaches, and launching new products in diverse markets locally and internationally.

Over the years, she has held pivotal positions working for renowned organizations across both the agency and client side such as Nielsen, Kantar, Oberoi Hotels and MTN to name a few where her contributions have helped shape agile and consumer centric brands. Her deep and diverse knowledge are solidified by a cum laude MSc, focused in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University, UK, and professional courses in Design Thinking and Designing Strategy.
